Life story Barbara Jean Collins, age 56, of Lexington, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. She was born on September 25, 1957 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Al Neil and Donna (Owens) Lehman. Mrs. Collins was a 1976 graduate of Lawrenceburg, Pennsylvania High School. Previously, she worked for the General Motors Corporation, The Waters of Clifty, Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana, was the manager of the former Freezer Fresh in Hanover, Indiana, and was working as a certified nursing assistant at the Hanover Health and Rehabilitation Center at the time of her death. She enjoyed gardening, camping, going to flea markets and auctions, and watching home remodeling shows on the HDTV channel. Survivors include three daughters: Corrie Inthout of Scottsburg, Indiana, Alexas Clancy and her husband, Michael of Auburn, Washington, and Lisa Blechschmidt of Bellvue, Washington; her mother and step-father, Donna and Jack Dicesare of Yardley, Pennsylvania; one sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Simon Belli of Yardley; one brother, Allen Lehman of Yardley; and one grandson. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Martin Inthout; her father, Al Lehman; one daughter, Katie Inthout, and one brother, Rick Lehman. There will be no public services as the family will hold private services at a later date. The Lytle Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
