Life story Ms. Barbara L. Rice, 91, of Indianapolis, Indiana, formerly of Dupont for 18 years, and daughter of the late Robert and Mary (Campbell) Lake, was born February 17, 1929, in Morgan County, Indiana. She was a factory worker and enjoyed riding horses when she was younger. Ms. Rice passed away on Friday, October 30, 2020 at Saint Franciscan Health in Indianapolis, Indiana. Her life will be cherished by her children: Janet Wetherman, of Greencastle, Judy Rice, Dennis Rice, of Greencastle, Ronald Rice, of Columbus, and David Lake, of Martinsville; nine grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in her son, James Rice. Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM Monday November 2, 2020 at Grandview Memorial Gardens with interment to follow.
