Life story Benjamin Dale Linville, age 45, of Madison, Indiana, and son of Russell Neal and Gail F. (Hay) Linville, was born on April 30, 1975, in Madison. He was a chef and had worked at Madison Country Club,, Cinnamon Tea Room and at restaurants in Cincinnati and Evansville. He was a member of the West Madison Methodist Church and the Major Samuel Woodfill Post #9, American Legion in Madison. He enjoyed cooking for his family and traveling to many places around the country and world. He was a very kind-hearted man who lived a good, full life. Mr. Linville passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at his residence in Madison. His life will be cherished by his father, Russell and his wife, Katie of Madison; his mother, Gail and her companion, Rob Streeting of Madison; his sister, Sara Caldwell and her husband, Dan of Madison; his brother, Clinton Neal Linville of Madison; his maternal grandmother, Gladys Lark of Madison; his paternal grandmother, Mary K. Farone; his aunt, Lisa Robinson of New Washington; and his nieces and nephew. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Gene Hay, and his paternal grandfather, Robert Linville. Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, memorial services will be held at a later date and will be announced.
