Obituary

Life story Betty Lou Wingham, age 78, of Madison, Indiana, and the daughter of the late Joseph and Edith (Hamilton) Jenkins, was born on August 25, 1942, in Indianapolis, Indiana. On April 2, 1960, she was united in marriage to Bradford Wingham, and this union was blessed with three sons: Gary, Randy, and Greg. Earlier in life, she worked in home healthcare but later became the manager at the Mini Mart and Rental Mart before retiring. She attended Prince of Peace Catholic Church and enjoyed cooking, as she was famous for her macaroni and cheese. In her spare time, she enjoyed drawing, painting, listening to country music, shopping-especially on QVC), watching television (especially the Hallmark and Lifetime channels), and spending time with her family and friends. Ms. Wingham passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison. Her life will be cherished by her sons: Randy Wingham of Venice, Florida, and Greg Wingham and his wife, Jennifer, of Madison; her sister: Sharon Jenkins, of Madison; her brother: William Jenkins and his wife, Carolyn, of Madison; her grandchildren: Ashley, Chelsea, and Blake Wingham; her great grandson: Marcos; and her nephew: Craig Banta. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bradford; her son, Gary Wingham; and her grandson: Kyle Wingham. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Moffett Cemetery in Milton, Kentucky.
