Life story Mrs. Beverly "Kay" Fitzgerald, 50, of Madison, Indiana passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012 at Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana. She was born Sunday, July 30, 1961 in Madison, Indiana the daughter of John and Anna (Davis) Perry. Mrs. Fitzgerald was a homemaker and enjoyed Bingo and taking care of her grandkids Survivors include her husband, Hubert "Barry" Fitzgerald whom she married on Thursday, February 28, 1985; three daughters: Tamara Fitzgerald, Vevay, IN, Leanna Hunt, Madison, IN, and Anna Fitzgerald, Madison, IN; One Son: Hubert Barry Fitzgerald, Jr., Madison, IN; Father: John Perry, Madison, IN; Two Sisters: Catherine Truman, Hanover, IN and Karen Lovins, Bedford, KY; One Brother: Trimble Wayne Perry, Florida; and 3 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Mother - Anna (Davis) Perry and her Sister - Kimberly Seidl. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Lytle Funeral Chapel, 423 West Main Street, Madison, Indiana with private burial to take place at a later time in the Springdale Cemetery. Friends may call from 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel.
