Life story Bobbie Holman Mitschelen, age 80, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, and the daughter of the late Charles and Regina (Lyons) Holman, was born on February 4, 1940, in Louisville, Kentucky. She was united in matrimony to Lyle Mitschelen on August 15, 1983, in Kokomo Indiana. Mrs. Mitschelen passed away on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 at her residence in Simpsonville. Her life will be cherished by her children: Elizabeth (Mark) Helton, of Simpsonville, and David (Annie) Harris, of Greentown, Indiana; her grandchildren: Blake (Abby) Helton, Adam (Makayla) Helton, and Benjamin (Keri) Helton; and a great-granddaughter, Kate Helton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Mitschelen. Graveside services will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Fairmount Cemetery on Madison's hilltop with interment to follow.
