Life story Mr. Brian Scott Davis, age 47, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, July 24, 2010 at his residence. Born August 14, 1962 in Madison, he was the son of Ben and Betty Jo Williams Davis. Mr. Davis was a 1980 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School and a self-employed building contractor. He loved to make model airplanes, hydroplanes and rockets. Survivors include his wife, the former Vickie Perkinson, to whom he was married on July 3, 1995 in Bedford, Kentucky; three daughters: Vickie Davis and Ariel Davis, both of Madison, and Erica Davis of Hanover; four sons: Kirk Craig, Jacob Curtis and Jordan Davis, all of Madison, and Eric Davis and his wife, Allyson of Jackson, Tennessee; two step-sons: Justin Perkinson and Darrell Sampson, both of Madison; his adopted father, Ben Davis of Madison; one brother, John Davis of Madison; one sister, Rebecca Davis of Virginia; two step-brothers: Benjamin Davis of Texas and Doug Leach of Madison; one step-sister, Lori Davis of Florida; his mother-in-law, Iris Perkinson of Madison; and three grandchildren: Layla and Kingston Elliott and Lilly Davis. He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jo Davis in 1984, and his father, Francis Gardner. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel.
