Bruce J. Beatty, age 77, of Madison, Indiana, and the son of the late Wayne and Sylvia (Agnes) Beatty, was born on August 27, 1946, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Over the years, he did assembly work at Sandstone Industries and attended Hebron Baptist Church in Madison. He loved playing bingo, watching "The Price is Right" on television, and reading. He was very involved in the activities department at the Waters of Clifty Falls and loved when they went shopping or out to eat. Mr. Beatty passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at The Waters of Clifty Falls in Madison.

His life will be cherished by his close friend, Yolonda "Jo" Simmons of Madison; Shirley Baker and the staff of Sentry Services; and the staff and his many friends at the Waters of Clifty Falls and DSI. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM Monday February 5, 2024 at Lytle Welty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, Madison. Interment will take place in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio. Friends and family may call at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Vail Chapel from 9:00 AM until the time of the service on Monday.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Activities Department at the Waters of Clifty Falls, Madison. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
