Life story C. Randall Booty, age 88, of Madison, Indiana passed away Friday May 6, 2005 at his residence. Born July 2, 1916 in Brazil, Indiana, he was the son of Clarence and Laura (Harlen) Booty, who preceded him in death. His wife, the former Dorothy Bell, and his brother, Donald Booty also preceded him in death. Mr. Booty retired from R.R. Donelly and Sons Printing Company in Chicago, Illinois. He was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving during World War II. He graduated from DePaul University with a degree in mathematics. He was a member of the Sigma Nu Fraternity and the Church of Christ, Scientist in the Chicago area. He enjoyed oil painting, photography, and gardening and loved to travel. Mr. Booty is survived by his daughter, Sandra Lacy of Madison and his son, Walter Booty of Gainesville, Florida. Services will be private. Following cremation, burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, Illinois.
