Life story Mrs. Carolyn O'Neal, age 68, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, January 24, 2013 at her residence. She was born March 30, 1944 in Owosso, Michigan, the daughter of Paul and Lily (Johnson) Wilcox. Mrs. O'Neal was a homemaker and a member of the Wesleyan Church in Carrollton, Kentucky. She enjoyed collecting movies and dolls. Survivors include her husband, Elmer "Pete" O'Neal; three daughters: Teresa Bell of Louisville, Kentucky, Karen Conbest of Lexington, Indiana, and Jennifer Chandler of Madison; one sister, Marilyn Kessler of South Carolina; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Sherry Wilcox. Visitation will be held from 12 top 2 PM Sunday, January 27, 2013 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Springdale Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the family, in care of the funeral home.
