Life story Mr. Casimer C. Swartz, age 86, of Lehigh Acres, Florida, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2006 in Madison. He was born November 18, 1919 in South Bend, Indiana, the son of the late Frank and Rose (Lipka) Swartz. Mr. Swartz was a retired teacher and coach for the South Bend Community School Corporation. He was also a nineteen year member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks, Lodge # 2602 in Lehigh, Florida. Survivors include his wife, Vivian; one daughter, Cynthia Vervaet of Madison; one son, Michael Swartz of Santa Rose, California; two sisters: Florence Wentland and Lillian Wentland, both of South Bend; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
