Life story Catherine "Cack" Eileen Carter, age 65, of Las Vegas, Nevada, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas. Born December 6, 1953 in Madison, Indiana, she was the daughter of Raymond Lloyd and Helen Marie (Dolby) Empson. She was a data processor for a hospital. She will be sadly missed by her husband, David Carl Carter of Las Vegas; her son, David Lee Carter, and his wife, Judith of Las Vegas; two grandchildren: Nikos and Cassandra Carter; and many other family and loved ones. She was preceded in death by her parents. Memorial Services will be held at 7:00 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, Madison's hilltop.
