Life story Mr. Charles L. "Chuck" Lindsey, age 50, of Madison, passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2011 at the Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born September 4, 1960 in Jamestown, New York, he was the son of Terry and Elsie Busch Lindsey. Mr. Lindsey previously worked in the construction industry as a painter. He enjoyed woodworking, especially designing from driftwood found on the banks of the Ohio River. Survivors include his father, Terry Lindsey of Corry, Pennsylvania; one sister, Tina M. Lindsey of Milton, Kentucky; one brother, Gerry Lindsey of Corry; and several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Elsie Busch Lindsey on November 25, 1991; one brother, Daniel Lindsey on April 12, 1992; and his step-mother, Isabel Lindsey on May 8, 2010. Memorial services will be held at 7:00 PM Friday, February 25, 2011 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel. Friends and family may call from 5 to 7 PM Friday at the funeral home.
