Life story Christopher Allen Robbins, age 24, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at the King's Daughters' Hospital. Born May 11, 1987 in Madison, he was the son of Kenny and Melissa Robbins Whalen. He graduated from Madison Consolidated High School in 2003. He enjoyed NASCAR Racing, Shania Twain and spending time with his loved ones. He is survived by his parents of Madison; his grandmother, Brenda Robbins, with whom he lived; two brothers: Tray Whalen of North Carolina and Charles Whalen of Madison; one sister, Samantha Whalen of Madison; one aunt and uncle, Allen and Stacie Robbins, who helped raise him; and several great aunts and uncles, cousins and extended family. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles "Chuck" Robbins; and great grandparents, Grover and Doris Scroggins and Robert and Nelli Robbins. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, May 27, 2011 at the Caledonia Cemetery. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Christopher A. Robbins Memorial Fund, in care of Lytle Funeral Chapel. Contribution envelopes are available at the funeral home. Christopher will be missed by everyone whose life he touched.
