Life story Mr. Donald R. Perry, Sr., age 68, of Madison, passed away on Monday, November 29, 2010 at the King's Daughters' Hospital. Born May 25, 1942 in Madison, he was the son of Carl and Doris Louden Perry. Mr. Perry was currently employed at the Madison WalMart Store, where he had worked for several years. Prior to that, he was a brickmason. Survivors include one son, Donald R. Perry, Jr., Indianapolis, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents. No services are planned.
