Life story Doris Suzanne "Suzie" Denton-Strahle, age 72, of Madison, Indiana, and the daughter of the late Corbett Wilson and Doris Adaline (Bestic) George, was born on January 5, 1948, in Yuma, Arizona. She was a 1965 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, California. She was united in marriage to Dick Denton on June 17, 1971, and they enjoyed almost twenty-seven years together before Dick passed away on April 28, 1998. On May 31, 2003, she was united in marriage to Theodore W. "Ted" Strahle and they have enjoyed seventeen wonderful years together. Throughout the years, she has worked in the office at Madison Foot Clinic, Badger & Spiller Orthodontics, and Madison Dermatology. She was a member of the Womens Auxillary of the American Legion, Samuel Woodfill Post #9. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends. Mrs. Denton-Strahle passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020 at King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison. Her life will be cherished by her husband,Ted of Madison; her son: Keith Denton and his wife, Jodi, of Madison; her step-daughters: Tonya Taylor and her husband, Jason, of Zionsville, Indiana and Darbi Strahle of Muncie, Indiana; her sisters: Sandy and Don Hastings of Las Vegas, and Cherie Mullienux; and her brother: Paul George; her grandchildren: Caleb Denton, Carson Denton, and Sydney Taylor; and her step grandchildren: Connor and Case Keifer.
