Ella Mae Humes, 81, of Hanover, Indiana, was born October 29, 1940, in Madison, Indiana. She graduated from Madison High School. She was a homemaker and was a Jehovah's Witness. Mrs. Humes passed away June 27, 2022 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Her life will be cherished by her husband Melvin Humes of Hanover; her son: James Teddy Tyree of Madison; her step-son, Bruce Humes, of Columbus, Indiana; and her nephew, Carl Tyree of Madison. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister. According to her wishes, she was cremated and her ashes will be placed at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
