Life story Emma Louise (McDole) Wingham, age 85, of Bedford, Kentucky, passed away peacefully at 2:30 PM Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at Signature Healthcare of Trimble County in Bedford. She was born October 5, 1930 in Carroll County, Kentucky, the daughter of William and Serena (Foster) McDole. Mrs. Wingham was a graduate of Carroll County High School, and a member of Mount Tabor Wesleyan Church. She dedicated her life to caring for foster children from 1965 until she entered the nursing home. She served as treasurer for the Kentucky District of the Wesleyan Women for seventeen years. Her hobbies included sewing and making crafts. Survivors include her husband, Glenford Wingham, whom she married sixty-seven years ago on February 20, 1949 in Carrollton; two daughters: Cheryl Boss and her husband, Chuck of Jeffersontown, Kentucky and Jean Tarner and her husband, Mike of Madison, Indiana; one foster son, Paul Clark, Jr. of LaGrange, Kentucky; three grandchildren: Jennifer Tarner, Wes (Brandi) Tarner and Brian (Kelley) Boss; and four great grandchildren: Jacob, Hunter, Bradley, and Dylan. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters: Marietta Ralston and Katie Ruth Turner. The Reverend Keith Wingham will conduct funeral services at 11:00 AM Saturday June 4, 2016 at the Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Wood-Oakley Chapel in Milton, Kentucky, with interment to follow in Moffett Cemetery. Friends and family may call at Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Wood-Oakley Chapel from 4 to 8 PM Friday, June 3, and from 10 to 11 AM Saturday.
