Life story Gloria J. Stewart, 73, of Sheridan, Indiana, formerly of Madison, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2016 the Sheridan Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. Born July 15, 1943 in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of Nellie Birge. Mrs. Stewart was a graduate of Manual High School in Indianapolis, and retired after many years as a bookkeeper in grocery stores. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren. Survivors include one daughter, Shannon Stewart of Foulk, Arkansas; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and her husband, Ronald L. Stewart on May 13, 2013. Graveside services were held at 11:00 AM Friday, March 25, 2016 at Marble Corner Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at lytlefuneralhomes.com.
