Life story Isabel M. Allen, age 68, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at her residence. She was born on May 5, 1940 in Ontario, Canada, the daughter of Guildas and Gabrielle Godon LaMothe. Mrs. Allen moved to Madison in 2007 from Ontario, California. She had worked for many years as a waitress and hostess in the restaurant industry there. Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Albanie D. and Joyce LaMothe of Madison; and two nephews: Robert LaMothe of Fort Wright, Kentucky, and Dennis LaMothe of Milton, Kentucky.
