Life story Isabel Del Carmen Levy Bernal, age 84, of Madison, Indiana passed away on Saturday, August 15, 2020. Isabel was born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico on May 24, 1936 to Jess Maria Levy and Maria Encarnacin Bernal de Levy. Isabel has been a resident of Madison, Indiana since 1990. She worked as a chef for several local Madison restaurants, and served as a translator/interpreter for the Madison Police department. She is survived by two nieces and one nephew.
