Life story James R. Anderson, age 89, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2005 at the Jewish Hospital in Shelbyville, Kentucky. He was born September 18, 1916 in Portsmouth, Ohio and was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy. He married his wife, Elise on November 4, 1946. Survivors include his wife, Elise; four children, ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at a later date.
