Life story James A. "Belvie" Augustin, age 42, of Hanover, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018 in Madison, Indiana. Born October 24, 1976 in Madison, he was the son of Joseph and Helen Lee (Mullikin) Augustin. He was a 1995 graduate of Shawe Memorial High School and worked as a forklift operator at Arvin Sango. On July 13, 2003, he was united in marriage to Amy L. (Kelly) Augustin. He was a member of 4-H and was known for always being on the phone. He enjoyed square dancing with his parents as a kid, shooting guns and especially enjoyed fishing. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Amy of Hanover; his father, Joseph Augustin of Madison; his sisters: Nancy Fitton and her husband, Paul, and Linda Augustin, both of Madison; his brother, Roy Augustin and his wife, Billie Jean of Madison; and his nieces and nephews: Nyctasia and Jesse Fitton, Devin Augustin, and Matthew Hernandez. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Augustin who passed away on January 13, 2018; and two brothers: Charles and Paul Augustin. Memorial services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, on Madison's Hilltop.
