Life story Mr. James A. Lamb, age 60, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at his residence. Born November 5, 1947 in Madison, he was the son of Albert and Dorothy Smith Lamb. Mr. Lamb formerly worked at Peddie's Body Shop, and was a member of Jefferson Post #9, American Legion and the former Eagles Lodge, #1158, both in Madison. He loved Elvis music, collecting Elvis memorabilia and working on cars. Survivors include one nephew, Mark Taylor of Madison; one niece, Candy Maddox of Madison; his companion, Cathy Austin of Madison; his father, Albert Lamb of Deputy, Indiana; and several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and two sisters: Dottie B. Lamb and Mary Taylor. Private family services will be held. Burial will be in Springdale Cemeter.
