Life story Mrs. Jan C. Baker, age 63, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at her residence. She was born on February 14, 1951 in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of James Wagner and Dayra (Bunn) Wagner. She was a graduate of Muncie Central High School. She retired as a secretary for the Teamsters Union Local #35 in Muncie, and had also worked for the Bill Gaither Printing Shop in Alexandria, Indiana and Indiana Bridge in Muncie. Survivors include her husband, Daniel Baker, to whom she was married on December 17, 1983; one step-daughter, Linda Lee of Marion, Indiana; four step-sons, Victor Faron Baker and James R. Baker, both of Bluffton, Indiana, Kim Baker of Burlington, Kentucky, and Danny Baker of Bedford, Kentucky; one brother, Michael Wagner of Evansville, Indiana; and one sister, Betty Ferris of Muncie. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Don Wagner and one sister, Kathleen Wagner. No services will be held. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Susan G.
