Life story Mrs. Janet L. Wolf, age 85, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, February 8, 2011 at the King's Daughters' Hospital. Born October 25, 1925 in Madison, she was the daughter of Charles and Louise McLaughlin McNimery. Mrs. Wolf was a graduate of Madison High School, a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church and formerly a member of its ladies organization. She had worked for the McKay Accounting Service for many years before her retirement. Survivors include one daughter, Beverly Wolf of Madison; two sons: Richard "Dick" Wolf of Hallandale Beach, Florida, and Mike Wolf of Saint Louis, Missouri; and one granddaughter, Ann Wolf of Saint Louis; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles McNimery and Louise McLaughlin McNimery Wahlman; her husband, George C. Wolf, to whom she was married on October 27, 1947 at Saint Michael's Catholic Church by the Reverend Charles Walsh, and who died on June 26, 2005; and one brother, Charles McNimery. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by the Reverend Don Buchanan at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 12, 2011 at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, with interment to follow in Saint Patrick Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 4:00 to 7:30 PM Friday and from 9:30 to 10:30 AM Saturday at the Lytle Funeral Chapel. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. The family requests memorial contribtuions be made to Prince of Peace Catholic Church or the Alzheimer's Association. Contribtuion envelopes are avialable at the funeral home.
