Life story Jean Louise Shelton, 74, of Madison, Indiana passed away Thursday, April 28, 2011 at St. Vincent's Hospice in Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born Thursday, April 15, 1937 in Washington, District of Columbia the daughter of Louis and Alice Shelton Wells. Jean was a food service clerk at Lydia Middleton School several years ago and was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church, . Survivors include her daughter; Jewell Robinson and her husband, of Indianapolis, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis Wells and Alice Shelton Wells; and six brothers. The funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Saturday April 30, 2011 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel with burial to be in the Springdale Cemetery at a later time. Friends may call from 12 noon till the time of service on Saturday April 30, 2011. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Breast Cancer Research.
