Life story John M. Tilley, age 68, of New Albany, Indiana, formerly of Madison, and the son of the late Carl Tilley and Norma (Smith) Lilly, was born on March 6, 1952, in Madison, Indiana. Throughout the years, he was a carpenter, electrician, and a plumber. Mr. Tilley passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at the Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany. His life will be cherished by his sister, Virginia Davis of Madison. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Tilley, and his sisters: Threasa Elaine Miller and Carol Jean Walker. Memorial services will be announced soon.
