Life story Mr. Marc P. Rossignol, Sr., age 56, of West Haven, Connecticut and Houston, Texas, passed away on Sunday, September 1, 2013 in Madison. He was born on February 11, 1957 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, the son of Pierre Georges Jean and Joan (Cunningham) Rossignol. Mr. Rossignol graduated from high school and attended college in France. Survivors include two daughters: Mary Rossignol of Houston and Margo Rossignol of Hanover, Indiana; one son, Marc P. Rossignol, Jr. of Hanover; his mother of West Haven; three brothers: Rex A. Rossignol and Jacques Rossignol, both of West Have, and Jean R. Rossignol of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father. The family will conduct private services at a later date.
