Life story Marcella Fern Mowery, age 74, of Madison, Indiana died Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at the Waters of Clifty Falls Health and Rehabilitation Center in Madison, Indiana. She was born April 1, 1941 in Chelsea, Indiana, the daughter of Elbert and Maxine (West) Schoolcraft. She was employed at Ivy Tech Community College, Muscatatuck State Hospital, Archer Home Care and she was a Century 21 area Realtor. She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, watching college basketball, hunting mushrooms and entertaining her grandchildren. She is survived by her three sons, Rudy Jackson of Madison, Daniel Mowery and his wife Rachelle of Madison and Marc Mowery of Madison; one sister, Debbie Scott of Bonneville, Kentucky; two sisters-in-law, LisaTullus of Madison and Ruth Kinney of North Vernon, Indiana; four grand-daughters, one great grandson and several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty nine years, Ronald Mowery, who died October 2, 2014; her father, Elbert Schoolcraft; her mother, Maxine Schoolcraft; two brothers, Bill and Gary Schoolcraft and her sister, Luanne Schoolcraft Hall. Memorial services will be held at 12:00 PM, Friday, November 20, 2015 at Lytle Funeral Homes, Vail's on Michigan Road.
