Life story Mrs. Mary Helen Wilson, age 87, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at the Hickory Creek of Madison. She was born on July 6, 1922 in Carrollton, Kentucky, the daughter of Planet and Mildred Robins Marlett. Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker and enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren. Survivors include three sons: Gary Wilson, John Wilson and Bob Wilson; two brothers: Donald Marlett and Robert Marlett; two sisters: Wanda Reynolds and Betty Sue Mouzakitif; one grandson, Jason Wilson; two granddaughters: Erin Wilson and Janeen Wilson; and three great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Homer S. Wilson, who died in March 1989, and to whom she was married on December 28, 1946; six brothers and three sisters. Private funeral services will be held for the family. Interment will be in Grandview Memorial Gardens. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Madison-Jefferson County Animal Shelter. Memorial envelopes are available at the funeral home.
