Life story Mr. Matthew Charles Hale, age 19, of Madison, Indiana passed away on Thursday, November 25, 2004 in Madison. He was born on November 4, 1985, the son of David and Cathy (Short) Hale. Mr. Hale worked as a construction worker with his father. He loved listening to his favorite music, hanging out with his brother and drives through the country. Survivors include his parents; one brother, Christopher Hale of Madison; his maternal grandparents, Bud and Zona Short of Bloomington, Indiana; his great-grandfather, Cecil Short of Madison; two aunts: Susan Hale of Madison and Cindy Short of Bloomington; and three uncles: Larry Hale of Madison, Steve Short of Hanover, and Chuck Short of Bloomington. His paternal grandparents, George and Imogene Hale, preceded him in death. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, November 28, 2004 at Lytle Funeral Chapel.
