Life story Mr. Norman DeWitt O'Banion, age 73, of Madison, Indiana, passed away at 11:30 AM on Wednesday July 19, 2006 at the Waters of Clifty Falls. Born November 28, 1932 in Madison, Indiana, he was the son of Louis Jr. and Henrietta (Neal) O'Banion, who preceded him in death. Mr. O'Banion was also preceded in death by his brother, Louis (Hoggie) O'Banion, III; and four sons: Richard Wells, Robert Wells, Andrew Wells, and Barry Wells Arrangements are being handled by Lytle Funeral Chapel, Inc., 423 West Main Street, Madison, Ind., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, July 22, 2006. Funeral service will be at Lytle Funeral Chapel at 1:00 PM Sunday, July 23, 2006 , Reverend Jimmy Lewis officiating. Interment will be at Springdale Cemetery in Madison, Ind.
