Life story Patricia A. Crecelius, age 51, of Mitchell, Indiana, formerly of Madison, passed away Tuesday November 1, 2016 at IU Health Hospice House in Bloomington, Indiana. Born May 10, 1965 in Hartford, Connecticut, she was the daughter of Albert and June (Albert) Lavoie. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Ashley Belsky and her husband Nick of Burleson, Texas; son, Mikel Meadows and his wife Trista of Westport, Indiana; son, Zachary Hassfurder and his wife Clarissa of Austin, Texas; mother, June Lavoie of Madison, four grandchildren: Ivory, Nicholas, Marissa, and Paige; sister, Tina Konkle of Lexington, Indiana; and brother, Albert Lavoie, Jr. of Dayton, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her father, Albert Lavoie, Sr.; her daughter, Amanda Meadows; and her brother, David. A memorial service will be held at Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Main Street Chapel, 423 West Main Street, Madison on Friday November 4, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
