Life story Timothy Ray Fulk, Sr., age 40, of Madison, passed away on Friday, January 25, 2008 in Dearborn County, Indiana. Born January 22, 1968 in Brazil, Indiana, he was the son of Harry James and Gloria Austina (Jordan) Fulk. Mr. Fulk lived most of his life in Patricksburg, Indiana, attended Owen Valley High School and moved to Madison in 2002. He adopted Madison and considered it his hometown more than Patricksburg itself. He was a truck driver most of his life and worked for Go-Ko Inc. in Indianapolis. He loved trucking and spending time with his family. He enjoyed the Madison Regatta, telling stories to anyone who would listen and especially hanging out with the "Posse". He was a longtime member of the National Rifle Association. Survivors include his wife, Candice (Campbell) Fulk, whom he married on October 18, 2000 in Spencer, Indiana; his son, Timothy Ray Fulk, Jr. and his girlfriend, Natalie Ford of Madison; his daughter, Rory MacKenzie Fulk of home; three brothers and sisters in law: James and Sharon Fulk of Westfield, Indiana, Major and Lee Fulk of Sandborn, Indiana, and Mark and April Fulk in Patricksburg, Indiana; two sisters and brothers in law: Rebecca and Tom Barnes of Lebanon, Indiana, and Kayle and Shannon Archey of Howe, Oklahoma; his mother in law and father in law: Gustava Campbell and Mike O'Neal of Madison; two brother in laws, Joe Boldery of Madison, and Mike O'Neal of Madison; his sister in law, Michelle May, and her husband, Matt of Canaan; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his special friends, the DeWitt Family. He was preceded in death by his father on Jan 19, 1996 and his mother on August 10, 2005, both in Patricksburg; an infant brother, Jesse Fulk; and an infant sister, Pamela Fulk. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow in the Springdale Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the Lytle Funeral Chapel from 4 to 8 PM Tuesday, January 29, 2008 and from 9 to 11 AM on Wednesday.
