Life story Mrs. Ursula E. Murray, age 59, of Hanover, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison. She was born July 16, 1949 in Germany, the daughter of Walter and Ruth Nitsche Adolf. Mrs. Murray moved to Cairo, Illinois from Germany following her marriage to Thomas Linley Murray in 1969. She then moved to Madison in 1978 and worked for the former U.S. Shoe Corporation and was currently employed by Arvin Sango in Madison. She was a member of the Cairo, Illinois, Baptist Church, loved animals and flowers, especially roses. She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Melissa Murray of Madison; one sister, Birgit Adolf of Germany; one brother, Wolfgang Adolf of Germany; one half-brother, Gerd Nitsche of Germany; two grandchildren: Chris Youngblood and Doug Youngblood, both of Madison; one great granddaughter, Brynna Ann Marie; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Thomas Linley Murray, in 1971. Graveside services will be conducted by the Reverend Dr. Larry Potts at 1:00 PM Eastern time (12:00 Noon Central time) on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at the Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge, near Cairo, Illinois. Interment will follow. Friends may call at the Lytle Funeral Chapel from 5 to 8 PM Wednesday, December 17, 2008.
