Life story Waunita "June" Warren, age 86, of Dupont, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the home of her granddaughter, Laura Gilpin, in Scipio, Indiana. She was born May 9, 1928 in Madison, Indiana, the daughter of Lawrence and Elsie (Spivey) Bladen. Mrs. Warren was a professional dress maker and taught dressmaking for many years. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, traveling and her family. She was a member of the Dupont United Methodist Church. Survivors include three sons: Terry Warren of Austin, Texas, Wilford "Billy" Warren of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Keith Warren of Dupont; three daughters: Karen Henrich of Michigan City, Indiana, Cheryl Herndon of Frankfort, Kentucky and Debbie Haggard of Idaho; four brothers: Wilford Bladen of Richmond, Kentucky, Charles Bladen of Van Wert, Ohio, Donald Bladen of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Wesley Bladen of Albany, Oregon; four sisters: Norma Tillotson of Spartanburg, South Carolina, Betty Bradbury of Madison, Doris Gilley of Lexington, Kentucky, and Carol Gates of Columbus, Indiana; twenty grandchildren and step-grandchildren, around fifty great grandchildren and step-great grandchildren, thirteen great great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Theodore Warren, Jr. whom she married November 4, 1944; one sister, Dorothy Bladen; one son, Larry "Michael" Warren; and one grandson, Allen Herndon. The Reverend Robert Leach will conduct funeral services at 2:00 PM Sunday, May 10, 2015 at the Dupont United Methodist Church, with interment to follow in Springdale Cemetery, Madison. Friends and family may call at the Lytle Funeral Chapel from 5:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday and at the church on Sunday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
