Life story William Cisco McLelland, age 71, of Frankfort, Kentucky, died Friday, October 12, 2012 at St. Josephs Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky. Born March 26, 1941 in Torrance, California, he was the son of John Morgan Cisco and Marion (Werling) McLelland. Survivors inlcude his guardian, Gary Corbeill of Carrllton, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held at the Stewart Home School in Frankfort where he lived.
