Life story William Carroll "Bill" Rogers, 67, of Madison, Indiana passed away on Wednesday February 22, 2012 at the Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born September 12, 1944 in Madison, Indiana the son of William "Bud" and Lena DeVore Rogers. He graduated from Dupont High School in 1962 and retired in 1999 from Steve's Broadway Service Station where worked as a mechanic. He enjoyed NASCAR and working on automobiles. Surviving are one daughter, Cheryl Smith of Bethlehem, Indiana; two sons: William "Bud" Rogers of Carmel, Indiana and Broc Rogers of Scottsburg, Indiana; his mother, Lena McDole of Lancaster, Indiana; three sisters: Dena Webster of Bedford, Kentucky, Judy Phillips of Lancaster, Indiana, and Shannon McDole of Lancaster, Indiana; seven grandchildren: Buford, Lilly, ans Daisy Smith, Coe, Emma, Ethan and Karlee Rogers. He was preceded in death by his father, and one son, Eric Rogers. The Reverend Robert Leach will conduct graveside services at 1:00 PM Monday February 27, 2012 at the Grandview Memorial Gardens. Friends and family may gather from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM Monday February 27, 2012 at the Lytle Funeral Chapel.
