Life story Wilma M. Stewart, age 84, of Madison, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Baptist Health, Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. Born May 12, 1934 in Madison, Indiana, she was the daughter of John and Cora (Buchanan) Kidd. For thirty years, she worked as a machine operator at Grote Industries. She was a member of the Auxillary of the American Legion, Post #9 and loved playing bingo.. She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Laura Stewart of Madison; her son, William Stewart of Lexington, Indiana; her sister, Juanita Jumps of Madison; her grandchildren: Markietta Burns, Rockco Burns, Justin Klingler, Cindy Rowlett, Shawn Stewart, Billie Jo Stewart, Ruth Ann Stewart, Jennifer Stewart, Aaron Stewart, Wayne Stewart, Keith Stewart and John Stewart; and many more great grandchildren, including Felicia Rector, Allie Rector and Whitney Rector; and several great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John Stewart in 1992; and her son, Allen Wayne Stewart. Services will be private.
