Life story Yuridtza Rachelle Martinez Trejo, four days old, of Madison, Indiana, passed away on Friday, August 31, 2018 at her residence in Madison. Born August 27, 2018 at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Mauricio Martinez Trejo and Ashley D. Maddox. She will be sadly missed by her mommy and daddy; her brother, Mauricio Martinez Trejo Jr. of Madison; her sister, Maritsa Martinez Trejo of Madison; her maternal grandmother, Veronica Smith of Carrollton, Kentucky; her aunt, Michelle Maddox of Carrollton; her uncle, Zachary Maddox of Carrollton; and her cousin, Gabrielle Parmer of Madison. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Doug Maddox and her maternal great grandmother, Stella Aldridge.
