Donald Watterson

Donald M. Watterson, age 82, of Lexington, Indiana, and the son of the late Alvis and Aldene (Weatherbee) Watterson, was born on March 14, 1939, in Jefferson County, Indiana. On December 29, 1994, he was united in marriage to the former Mary E. Richmond. He was a general contractor for many years and in his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and riding his gator. Mr. Watterson passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana in Columbus, Indiana.

His life will be cherished by his wife, Mary of 26 years of Lexington; his children: Jeff Watterson, Alvis Watterson, Dennis Watterson, and Clark Watterson; his step-son: Steve Bibbs; his step-daughter: Stephanie Fulton; and his brother: Jack Watterson. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Private interment will be in Hanover Cemetery at a later date.
