Donna R. (Harrod) Slater

Life story Donna R. Slater, age 74, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Born October 14, 1942 in Louisville, she was the daughter of Joseph E. and Mary Coffman Harrod. She had been a cardiovascular technician at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana for twenty-five years. Survivors include her life partner, Charles Brown of Madison; two daughters: Danette Sans of Jeffersontown, Kentucky, and Darla Arnold of Pekin, Indiana; four grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and four sisters: Mary Jo Nally, Adele Jackson, Pamela Davis, and Wanda Parrot. A memorial service was held on Friday, April 21, 2017.
