Edwin C. "Jack" Lee

Life story Edwin C. "Jack" Lee, age 90, of Union Pier, Michigan and Friendship, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at King's Daughters' Hospital in Madison, Indiana. Born March 3, 1927 in Crocker, Indiana, he was the son of Howard J. and Maude O.Comer Lee. Mr. Lee was a World War II and Korean veteran of the United States Army and obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant. He worked as a truck driver. On June 1, 1968, he was united in marriage to Patricia M. McMahon in Chesterton, Indiana. He enjoyed remodeling houses with wife, collecting antique cars, loved going to flea markets and auctions. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Patricia Lee of Union Pier, Michigan; his sons: Steven Lee of Three Oaks, Michigan, and David Lee of LaPorte, Indiana; his daughters: Deborah Lee of LaPorte, Indiana and Shellie Cummins of Chesapeake, Virginia; and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; three children; three brothers and four sisters. According to his wishes, there will not be any services or visitation. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society. Contributions may be made at any of the Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service locations.
