Life story Heather Jean Burlew, age 35, of Hanover, Indiana, and the daughter of Raymond and Irene (Marion) Burlew, was born on December 31, 1984, in Canton, Ohio. She liked to draw, loved to cook, and loved all types of animals. Ms. Burlew passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. Her life will be cherished by her companion, Frankie Jones of Hanover; her mother, Irene of Toledo, Ohio; her brothers: Dakota Burlew, of Yorktown, Virginia, Don Giaquinta, of Toledo, and Carl Giaquinta, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She was preceded in death by her father. Services will be private. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Heather Burlew Memorial Fund.
