Henry V. "Hank" Souza

Life story Henry "Hank" V. Souza, age 89, of Bedford, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018 at The Waters of Clifty Falls in Madison, Indiana. Born February 6, 1929 in King City, California, he was the son of Manuel E. and Angie (Pimentel) Souza. He retired after many years of civil service for the federal government. On February 3, 1989, he was united in marriage to Constance "Connie" L. Bentz in Fairfax County, Virginia. For many years, he was the chairperson for the Madison Jefferson County Library book sale. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Connie Souza of Bedford; his sons and daughter in laws: Bruce and Pam Souza of Vienna, Virginia and James and Wendy Souza of Roanoke, Virginia; his step daughter and son in law, Barbie and Ron Howdeshell of Bedford; and his grandchildren, Stuart Souza and Piper Howdeshell. He was preceded in death by his parents. Evangelist Aaron Snelling will conduct memorial services at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, on Madison's hilltop.
