Ileta J. (Spry) McFarland

Life story Ileta J. McFarland, 63, of Hanover, Indiana, and daughter of the late William Spry and Marcella (Clarkson) Spry Ralston, was born May 22, 1956, in Madison, Indiana. She was a lifetime resident of the Madison area and worked as a waitress in several local restaurants. She was of the Baptist faith. She was united in matrimony to Newton W. McFarland, who preceded in death on February 2, 2004. Mrs. McFarland passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Hanover Health and Rehab Center in Hanover. Her life will be cherished by her daughter, Kathleen M. Warren of Madison; two sisters: Marlene Marek and her husband, Mark of Madison, and Marsha Boston and her companion, Jim Boldery of Hanover; one grandson James Mack of Hanover; one granddaughter Michael; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one brother, William Preston Spry in 1985. Family and friends are welcome to attend the interment scheduled for 11:00 AM Wednesday, October 16, 2019 in Springdale Cemetery. Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, Madison, is in charge of the arrangements.
