Life story Kenneth Ray "Kenny" Watterson, Jr., age 55, of Madison, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at his residence. Born November 5, 1963 in Madison, he was the son of Kenneth Ray Watterson, Sr. and Margaret "Susie" (Montgomery) McCarty. Mr. Watterson was a 1982 graduate of Madison Consolidated High School. He was a bartender and waiter who previously worked for the Broadway Hotel, Bob Evans Restaurant, The Old Spaghetti Factory, and the former Pecos Bills and Hillside Inn Restaurants and Gene's Waffle House. He enjoyed watching scary movies, riding roller coasters at amusement parks, and shopping. He will be sadly missed by his mother of Madison; three sisters: Karen Jeffrey and her husband, Bucky, Kimberly McCarty and her husband, Robert Ledbetter and Amy Watterson and her husband, Lawrence Seelmaer, all of Madison; one brother, James Watterson and his wife, Laura Jester of Madison; his companion, Steven Brown of Madison; and one step-sister, Teresa Watterson and her husband, Jack of Madison. He was preceded in death by his father; his step-father, Kenneth McCarty; one niece, Susan Crowe, and one great nephew, Jordan Watkins. There will be no services.
