Kevin Michael Sauley

Life story Kevin Michael Sauley, age 61, of Madison, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at in Madison, Indiana. Born September 28, 1956 in Madison, Indiana, he was the son of William and Dorothy (Staublin) Sauley. On September 19, 1975, he was united in marriage to Connee Hunt in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Madison. Kevin retired from Indiana Kentucky Electric on April 1, 2016 after 40 years of service. His hobbies included watching New York Yankees baseball and Green Bay Packers football. He also enjoyed doing puzzles from the newspaper, long rides in the country and being with his "girls". Kevin also served as a little league coach, volunteered to teach phys ed at Pope John, and enjoyed playing basketball at the Brown Gym. He enjoyed all types of music-especially soul, R&B, and rock-n roll. His uncle Jerry Sauley once said "If you don't like Kevin-you didn't know him." He will be sadly missed by his wife of 42 years, Connee Sauley; his daughter, Jessica Sauley; his father, William Sauley; his sister, Susan Patterson; his brother, Kerry Sauley; his brother in law, Robert Lunsford and his wife, Pam; his sister in law, Ruth Miles and her husband, Rick; and his sister in law, Chris Graebe. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy Sauley and his brother, Stephen Sauley. There will be no services. The family requests memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society or the Jefferson County Animal Shelter.
