Linda "Kay" Hulett, age 72, of Madison, Indiana and the daughter of the late Robert and Louella (Konkle) Hulett, was born on August 13, 1948, in Madison. She lived most of her life in Madison, but then moved to Taylorsville, Indiana to be with her sister for three years. For the last eleven years, she has lived at the Hickory Creek in Columbus where she was at home and was cared for by the best. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Madison. Kay loved her cats while growing up and was very fond of the Care Dogs at Hickory Creek, where she also loved playing bingo. Miss Hulett passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at the Hickory Creek at Columbus.
Her life will be cherished by her sister, Carol Stout of Taylorsville; her sister-in-law, Carol Hulett of Indianapolis, Indiana; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Norma Lee Parker, Mary Lou Risk, and Doris J. Scott; and her brothers: Bob Hulett and John David Hulett.
Due to the COVID pandemic, memorial services will be planned at a later date.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Hickory Creek at Columbus. Contributions may be made at the Lytle Welty Funeral Home or below.
